Third Rectors' Forum will be held in Khanty-Mansiysk, June 3-5, 2009. The Rectors’  Forum are for the leaders of UArctic’s Higher Education Institution members. Institution leaders (Chancellors, Presidents, Vice-Presidents, Provosts) who participate in the meeting may bring one additional expert or advisor in their delegation. The Rectors’ Forum is not open for experts / advisors from UArctic members who do not have a rector, provost, president, vice president or similar present as the delegation leader.
