Registration information
Accommodation Hotel guest rooms in Yellowknife, all within walking distance to the Open Meeting location, have been reserved for the NRF delegates. Hotel accommodation in Yellowknife is limited and therefore it is very important for all delegates to confirm their hotel guest room reservation as soon as possible.
We find it very important to inform you that the Northern Research Forum still (August 31) has reserved (block-booked) a number of rooms at two of the Yellowknife hotels listed below, for the nights of September 14 to 18 (departing September 19). In order for you to secure one or more of these hotel rooms for yourself, you must make your room reservation by phone, fax or e-mail, while making sure to refer to the particular reservation number which is listed under the name of the hotel where you choose to stay. You will not be able to reserve a room through web-page registration at the hotels that still have block-booked rooms. The hotels request that you provide them with your Credit Card information. Prices do not include breakfast. GST (tax) is 7%.
